addicted to computer

my boyfriend is addicted to the internet. when he's home from the army he's on that thing from the time he gets up until the time he goes to bed. we take his daughters on the weekends for visitation & they never see him because he's in the basement online. we had 2 weeks to spend together before he left for another 6 months, and I was still going to bed alone even though he knew we didn't have much time to be together- because he couldn't stop his addiction. on the way to the airport he said that he was going to give it up because he didn't want to lose me. I never gave him the altumatum, but he realized that he had a problem & he wanted to do the right thing. if your habit is effecting your life in a negative way, you should at least set some boundries. Set an alarm for yourself after so long & stick to it. Life is too short to miss the important stuff.

I am addicted too! I get things done but my problem is that once I am on... I don't wanna get off and I lose track of time. I have to actually make myself get everything done that needs to be done and then get on the computer. OTHERwise tasks that I thought I was going to do won't get done.
