when you are unable to sleep, and just lie there tossing and turning - what things are plaguing your mind....
finances, worries about the past, anxiety about the future?
-----
or are you like me and the only thing that runs through your head is how tired you are going to be the next day!

When I am tossing and turning I am usually thinking about the finances. The next car payment coming up how will we pay that $200 gas bill the rent is due again things like that plague my mind then usually the next night I am so tired from being up the night before I can fall asleep more easily then I dream about the finances.

My problem with getting to sleep is pretty much everything. I have stressed over money issues, housing issues, vehicle issues, kid issues, and how it effects me physically for the next day. Some days I even have episodes of insomnia because I am a worry wort (that's what everyone tells me). I worry about everything every day because it seems there is not enough hours in a day to get things resolved.

hey Modestah! When I'm unable to sleep,I'll just close my eyes and think about the problems I'm going through and then think of what I'm going to do the next day.
