oh dear! Chicken pox can be quite nasty and uncomfortable. You better call her doctor for advice. although some over the counter lotions may work on those ugly spots, it is still better to consult a doctor just in case something comes up.

Chickenpox is a highly infectious viral illness that causes an intensely itchy rash of blisters. The first symptoms appear 1-3 weeks after contact with the infection, and most children are completely recovered 7-10 days later.
Keep your daughter away from school, and away from any woman who may be pregnant, for 5 days from the time when the blisters first appear.
