An excellent one.
His cool and calm nature is infectious and does help him hold on for that extra bit of time when others might loose.
As far as resting the older players, I won't say anything but captaincy should remain with "Dhoni".

well, i think dhoni is not a good captain, as the first essential thing about being captain is good performance, which he hasnt showed, it seems he is too scared to play naturally when batting as a captain. And this is reducing his performance, i think tendulkar should still be captain, as this would ease pressure of dhoni and allow him to play easier, and probably play better. i dont think he can handle the pressure of being captain, so far on the Australia tour, i havent seen him open up like he has done in the past, this suggests he is scared of playing his shots.
