What do you do to put off working out?

I was supposed to work out like 3 hours ago then shower and go to bed. Instead I decided that after a 3+ week hiatus on mylot I needed to come on and clear out all of my unresolved discussions as well as catch up a bit. Now I've got a headache and I'm just going to turn in for the night as the maintenance guy is supposed to be over tomorrow early to fix the nonstop flushing toilet. What do you busy yourself with when you don't feel like working out?

Almost anything then work out. I cannot do much but walk and on the days where I am dizzy I cannot do that so I find lots of other things to do even watching TV

When I don't feel like working out, I might stay indoor and read. Sometimes I would catch up with friends on phone or online and completely forget to work out. I don't really work out that much to be honest. I make sure I walk around a lot everyday and I call it a really good exercise! *winks*

Well at least you walk around throughout the day, lol. We have stairs in my apartment and the bathroom is upstairs so I count that instead, lol.

Work, a job, housework, television, the computer, the cat is sitting in my lap, it is too cold. I think that is the first part of how I avoid working out. I am too sleepy fits the bill as well.

That's a good idea to force yourself into it. I keep my dvd's, weights and portable dvd player by the bed to help keep me on track. But of course there are some nights where I'd rather do anything but work out, lol.

LOL, by the end of the day in my house it would turn into a rack too, lol.
I only started working out again about a week and a half ago, I have a routine from body by glamour then I have a cardio striptease dvd (it's actually not trashy to my surprise and a great workout... does wonders for the buns and thighs) and two tae-bo (my favorite except then I can't breathe, lol) dvds. What I do is alternate all those and work out every other day, this way I don't get bored and I get a day to rest in between.
However... I haven't worked out since Wednesday. I had take my multi-vitamin and it made me get sick really bad and when I tried to work out on Friday I thought I would collapse right there during warm up, lol. I'll have to get back to it tonight, if I let too many days go by I'll stop completely.
