Sure reads like your nose is stuffy! LOL. Chicken soup is good. Hot tea with lemon and honey works for my hubby. I favor a nice HOT shower. Letting all that steam do its job. I usually feel better after that. Get out my comfy thick robe. Put on heavy socks. Helps to stay cozy. Then I watch my favorite movies. Hope you feel better soon.

OJ OJ OJ besides chiggen zoup, and if it is chiggen zoup try to get jewish chiggen zoup instead of canned or fresh. Honestly there is a difference. Take it from a cook. Also add garlic to that soup even if it is just one clove.

Why not add some garlic to the chiggen zoup...!:)
You find the recipe of garlic soup in one of my discussions. It is very efficient and tastes good, not strong at all.
Have som garlic in your food every day while you have the cold and why not afterwards too...
