How Do You Like To Spend Your Spare Time?

Right now I'm on a break at school, I have 2 hours until my next class, so I've just come home (I'm within 5 minute's walk from the school) to listen to some music, finish off a little work and mylot.
It's my busy day's version of unwinding, and so far it's very nice.
How do you spend the small breaks you get during the day, or days that are totally free?

I love reading so i spend most of my free time in school in the library. Sometimes I listen to music as I organize my notes in the library or in the dormitory.
Now that I'm just as stay at home mom, I use my free time to post and read here in my lot and sometimes read books when I dont feel like surfing the net.

I love to read too, but when I can't focus on a book or school work, I just come on mylot and read through discussions. Interesting and informative =P
Our library is too cold when the air conditioning is on and that discourages me from spending a lot of time in there =P

I usually just do what I think I coudl or is interesting at the moment. If I want to draw, I'd just take my sketch pad and draw. But, then I have trouble on what to draw so it also eats up my free time just by thinking what to draw :p
I also try to do what you mentioned or sometimes, eat during breaks, specially when breaks are two to three hours. One time, we had a five hour break and our professor even suggested on going to watch at the cinemas for two movies since it was possible. But I didn't have that money to spend so, even though it was a good chance to catch up on some movies, I simply couldn't.. ^_^;

I know what you mean about drawing, I do the same thing with writing sometimes, I feel like writing a poem or just... something during a break but I spend the whole time thinking about what to write or how to write it =P
That's a shame that you couldn't go to the movies =(

If I get a small break at home, I usually would go down for a little walk or just stand on the balcony and stare outside. If I get a totally free day, usually I would be reading a book or hang out with friends at night. Just try to do something I like and have fun while I can, you know?

Lately, my totally free days have been spent getting re-acquainted with MyLot after a few months apart.
I love to read, walk and stare =D
Lately, my boyfriend and I have been taking our kitten out for short walks, like a real family =D

I liketo just relax on my breaks at work sometimes i will take a little nap on my lunch break it feels nice to do nothing from time to time when you have a hard work day.
I am here in mylot when I have spare time.
It is good that your school is just 5 minutes far from your home.I also like to hear music.When i am in my home and with computer, i always on the songs.Thanks Malyck @jesbellaine (4139)

It's usually listening to music or reading.
That's the best way I can spend my free time.
But now that I am a stay-at-home mom, I have absolutely no free time...to do what I like. There's always something to be done....but I always find the free time to mylot..lol

Yes listening to some music would be a good choice for me during the small breaks. Also, if I have the internet access, I would get on mylot and chat for a while. As for the days that I am totally free, I would go out with my friends or just stay home and read some of the books that I would love to read but got no time.
