how do you think about your boss?

On this moment I think very positive about my boss. She is really sympathic and understands the needs of her employees. She dont act as a boss, she is just besides her employees. I like her :D

I rarley see my boss but once a week only for a few hours and that is just to breif him on the progress of my floor. He is in charge of many diffrent ares and my section is the least of his worries. He is real nice, friendly and knows his stuff. He dosen't waste any time and really seems to value the employee's, even the lower leve ones.

I do have a boss. I don't know his heart and can't tell his real character. But I don't want to be working for someone for the rest of my life. I want to be my own boss! And to make that happen, I will fire my boss. Do you have the guts to do that? Ha ha ha
