should women be a party of fighting armed forces??? wat do u say..

There has been an introduction of women in armed forces of no of nations including India. I feel that the kind of conditions dat one has to or might be required to go thru' being a part of such a organisation, is slightly harsh as far as women are concerned. It is not so dat they are physically or mentally weak but,Army being a all men organisation also leads to some heart burning to the male community and thia at times may also land up harming and harrasing these females. Also, these females due to obvious reasons cannot be posted to harsh areas ,which in turn leads to their male companions loosing on their peace postings and landing up in these harsh areas in lieu of them.This leads to lot of bad taste and hard feelings against each other. At times these girls can lead to lot of favouritism from the bosses too. However, on the other hand the performance of girls in all the spheres has been improving daily, in turn improving efficiency and better work culture and environment. Also girls in todays world are second to none. Though nothin against these girls wat do u feel , is it justified to support to their arrival into forces or shall this be stopped???
