Hello fellow myLotters! I've been a member of this site for quite a while now and I really enjoy participating in this site...I enjoy starting new discussions and responding to others' discussion...It also makes me feel good when someone responses to my discussions...How 'bout you guys?

I like it because there are a lot of Filipinos on here..i married my asawa in 1985 and i am german american..but my wife just went back to the Philippines and bought a house there..she was supposed to stay six months and later i was to join her in our new home..but she got sick..now she is still getting over her sickness but she told me i could go over and stay at our new home as i am close to my brother in law and his family..but i told her i would not go as she is still very sick....
but do you think i should go without her when she gets better...as she says she does not want to go back to the Philippines for two years? i told her i do not want to go to Hawaaii or anyplace but our new house in the philippines cause we have a home here in the US..and if I am going to spend the money traveling i want to go back to Negros OCC, Bacolod, Sumat..but we have not made any plans..but my wife is ok when she is in our home in the US but the last three times she goes back to the Philippines..she gets lung sickness..flu? poor or low immunity? stress?
I know she always gets stressed out when she flys..and you know how long the trip is from the US..what do you think?

Your fondness of my fellow Filipinos are very flattering...Maybe your wife's already used to the climate in the U.S. that's why she gets sick when she's here in the Philippines(you know,there's really a big difference in the climates of our countries!).And I've heard from my relatives who visited us last year that the plane trip is very exhausting,which is why they acquired some colds and flu...Try to ask your wife if she's already capable of traveling.Also ask her the reason behind her refusal to go back here for two years,in that way,you'll be enlightened by what she really feels.If you really want to live here,tell her your reasons,if she insists that you go here first,then do it,I think her family her will always welcome you.An open communication is the only key for you to better understand the reasons behind your wife's refusal to come back here...I hope I've helped you! hhmmm...seems like you're wife wants you only for herself...Well,if you can still understand her needs and wants,better stay on her good side...But let me remind you,you still need time for yourself...You said that you want to spend some time with other guys,try to make your wife understand that...Or else,you might end up frustrated.She has to understand too,you know...You are still a man and you need to be with men too,just like us girls,we also need some time to spend with our girl friends...You seem to really miss spending time with guys...I think you should have some break!Good luck! yeah, I enjoy it quite well.. I even enjoy it more when I browse back to the other discussions that I had participated in and see that my response was chosen to be the best among those who had posted their opinions ^_^ Gets me happy in some way that I feel acknowledged for an idea I have on that particular topic ^_^

Most of the users dont have a two way discussion here. A discussion must be such that it goes on and on with ppl actively participating in it which is not happening here. So it gets boring making new discussion each minute.

I have been a mylot member for quite some time and I still enjoy it very much. I enjoy both starting and responding discussions and indeed, I learn so much from other fellow mylotters here and it makes me feel good. Of course, I make a few good friends around here too!

yes i love mylot.i have made some wonderful friends and try and get here mylotting every day.it has become a part of my life as it is an outlet for me and i love the chats i have with my friends and the advice they have given me.cheers sue

I have been here for quite some time and love coming here. It is a nice site to come and discuss things with friends. You can talk about things that are bothering you, good things that have made you happy or simply for some good advice on health or ways to make money or anything that means something to you. I enjoy coming here and love when I get responses to my discussions. I like to hear different views on different subjects that I start. Mylot is a beautiful site with many beautiful people here.
