I have graveyard shifts at work. Sometimes I do feel sleepy during those work shifts but when I get home, I can't seem to get a good sleep at all. WOuld anyone care enough to give me some tips on how can I manage to sleep during the day? I am trying to hid under the blanket but the mere thought that it's daytime really sucks...HELP!

I think that you will get use to it eventually because you will get so sleepy that you wont be able to hold your eyes open and when that happens your body will begin to change(it will recognize that you should sleep in the daytime not the night time anymore..for the past several years I have done this too...sometimes I would be up at night and have to sleep during the day and then sometimes I would sleep during the nighttime and have to get up during the daytime...Just trust me you will get use to it eventually..jsut takes time!

Hi! Blogger, there are some Herbal sleeping remedies: Syrup or tablets containing valerian, passionflower, or hops may help to promote restful sleep. Lavender oil is a traditional sleep remedy. Try inhaling it, or adding it to a warm bath before bedtime.
