What would you do if your house helper drives you crazy?

I've always been real nice to house helpers. In fact, I want them to be with us during family gatherings or when I buy our groceries at the mall. I even gave some of my old clothes. It's not hard for me to get along with them but here's this one house helper that makes me gone crazy much more often because of her deeds. She ruined my precious work uniform on her first week with us. She just can't follow simple instructions and I need to remind her day by day with those same old work routines. She's always been taught when something's new to her but she just can't simply follow. Now I learned she has friends around our neighborhood and tries to sneak out and be with them whenever we send her for some errands outside. she's really driving me crazy!

In my opinion the best thing to do is to replace her immediately since keeping her would cause more damages than good. You will end up fighting with her and she will end up pissed off with you and who can tell what people can do when they are pissed off. Just get rid of her and get a new one and hopefully a better one before things really get out of hand.

I have long abandoned this post, lol!:) Oh well, it's good to note that the house helper I did write about got evicted last March. She was replaced by another one who's far more better than her. My worry now with this present house helper is that she spends much time manipulating her cellphone. I learned that she got text mates to attend to which makes me hesitant sometimes to allow her to go out alone on her off days. I never met her friends nor relatives yet.
