I know all of you thought that all of the ptc now are paying by alertpay nowadays. Well I got a good news for you, ptc sites that pays by paypal still exist. I have collected the best ptc sites that pays by paypal which has a lot of ads. So you can cash out even if you don't have a referral.

Even though I have some issues with the way PayPal handles things sometimes, I do feel better know that there are sites that use them as a payment method v. alertpay. I've just never felt quite comfortable with alertpay and have never even signed up for it. I sort of got burnt with a couple other payment processors and ended up losing a whoooooole lot of time, effort, and money. I don't know how long alertpay has been around, but I still don't want to trust them and run the risk of losing anything else.
