Tata consultancy services said that around 500 of its staff had resigned due to poor performance, reports business standards.
the company decided that who scored low have to resign from their job ...
Is this good for Company reputation towards job seeker ?

It is the prerogative of the company owner to do what is best for his company interest.
That's normal for employees who want to work for someone. If you need to be retained, you need to be smart and hardworking. Instead of dreaming to work for someone, why not create a job and let others work for you?
