IM.worm.sohanad is killing my social life!

This pesky PC virus invades my Yahoo Messenger - it sends a random message automated every 15 minutes or so. Plus, it blocks my Task Manager to be opened. Now I'm thankful Yahoo Mail has a built-in chat feature so at least social life is still there, but I can't send files anymore nor be able to use the BUZZ feature there! If anyone knows how to fix this kind of problem I'd be grateful! It would be nice if you'll provide a little background of your expertise or such as you have encountered this virus as well. PS: It also jumps into USB drive so it really is a contagious one! Be careful if ever you have this! And oh, the message it sends to everyone on your friends' list is like in Malaysian of some sort which I haven't heard before, it's like it's being in random tongue! Help!
