Can we call Nokia n-series mobile fones as mini computers ?

Their famous tagline for n-series is- "Is this what computers have become ?"
Do u really think, that they (n-series) can b called aws mini computers ?

I think we can call it so.it provide almost all facilities that a mini computer gives.But again it doesnt stand against communicator which is far more advanced and easy to use.
