Prices of oil and gas

I don't know about you but they seem to be climbing and climbing. I am planning a move this spring and they say that gas may reach $4 a gallon! my husband and I watch alot of news and weather, its getting to the point you have to be well off to afford heat and gas for your car. They say it will only get worse, that sucks for us!

What really upset me was learning that EXXON make huge profits in the past year, their biggest yet! If they have such huge profit why can't they lower their prices - or at least build new refineries.
