can i add my visa card to my e-gold or paypal account and take money wich is in that two account in an ATM processor?

yes you can add visa card to your paypal but am not so sure of the e-gold part but i learnt that there si a company dealing in e-gold card that you can use at any atm ,i will send you their site when i get it
