I have the most adorable fluffy stuffed mouse toy, but we call him Rapster and pretend he is a rat. He has the biggest smile of any rat I've ever seen and wishes everyone a very happy New Year. He has a yellow zircon earring in one of his big floppy ears and one gold-plated tooth, so he is all dressed up for the occasion.
Nobody in my family was born in the year of the rat, but we appreciate all of the signs and understand that the Chinese word for rat can mean either a rat or a mouse, and that those born in this year are charming as well as hardworking. Rapster certainly is charming and he used to be hardworking, but now is retired.

Hi friend, I am not Chinese but that doesn't prevent me from wishing all luck, love and life. And yes a little smile can change the whole day and eventually the whole world. You have a rocking year ahead.

Hi aaidjs, thanks for your warm greeting. My family and I had just welcomed our Chinese new year with the traditional ceremony happily.
Yeah, I agree with your saying. A smile could really do a wonderful thing. I am happy to see a smiling face. It shows friendliness, concern and love. A smile can sometimes even change a hopeless situation. What I mean here is the sincere smile, the true smile originated from our heart.
