Internet problems.

So I have been reading emails and working a couple forums, for about a year now. Every night when I finish working I reboot my computer instead of turning it off. This morning I go into my email and start working the sites I'm in and everyone of the sites I have to log in before I can work them. Now I have all these sites in my cookies so I don't have to always log in, I'm automatically logged into them. But for some reason today I have to log into all of them. It seems to me that my cookies have been cleared. I didn't request for this service and I don't have any automatic thing turned on, so why would this happen? Does anyone know how this could happen? Even with mylot, I was always logged in when I went into the site, but not today. Today I had to log in again and save it to my cookies again. Why?
