child support

Here's a discussion out there for all the parents who are owed child support and who are not receiving any. Everybody knows it is hard to raise kids and we as parents need all the extra money we can get especially child support which is entitled to us for our kids. Child support agency here just seems like they don't do their ob good at all. I bet I haven't got a child support check in probably almost 2 years now. I had a court date to go to for November, but the father didn't show up. I had another court date in December, but the father didn't show up again. It is now February and I haven't heard anything else yet. I am going to have to take time and call child support again to see if I can find out something again. It just really makes me mad to know that fathers can get away without paying child support. I seen an advertisement on the tv yesterday about Support Kids. It is a place that helps you get your child support you are owed and they only help if you are owed over $2,000, I think it is. Is there anybody out there that has used this place to know if it any good or do you have any other suggestions?

Hi. I have been dealing with Child Aupport for almost 16 years now and it is nothing but a big joke unless you have a lawyer. I haven't had one but the father of my daughter who didn't pay for 6 years afforded one of course. They always threaten to take deadbeat parents license and a few other things but nothing is ever done to them. My daughters dad is now caught up on paying his after 15 years. He does not ever se our daughter, call her, write her, buy her anything, tell her happy birthday which is this coming weekend on the 16th or anything. He doesn't even know her birthday or her full name when he is aksed. He never sees her ever after almost 16 years yet he gets to claim her on his tax return every other year because he had a lawyer and I didn't. I went to Child Support for him to carry insurance on her because I didn't have any after carrying it for 12 years myself on her and the judge ruled in my favor but we have yet to receive any insurance card, police number or anything from child support or him after 3 years ago. The syatem sucks. I would definitely seek out the Agency you speak of because the state child support does not care and they do not represent you as the guardian parent worth a crap. I would love to run the child support office and get somne of these deadbeat men and women off the street and give them work release from jail to earn their money to pay their child support while serving time.

I fought for 6 years to get him to pay through child support and I wanted them to garnish his wages to make sure I got my money for our daughter but nothing happened. I have called child support so many times in 16 years it isn't even funny and they never do anything about it at all. they don't care. they are just there to answer the phone when they feel like it and file your papers and that is it.
