Before I start let me be clear, I know that these people have had great hardships in their lives but sometimes I wonder if some of the people on Extreme Makeover Home Edition aren't a little bit too dramatic. It's not that I don't sympathize with them but sometimes the reactions of some of the family members seem a bit coached. Am I the only one that thinks this?

I understand that the excitment that they show when they first seee the home after the bus moves is quite spectacular. But I reall do think that that is their true feelings. They all have a lot of pentup emotions and some people just cant hold them in and they jump around and some fall to the ground. This is their whole life changing. It is truly hard to imagine how they are feeling because you have not lived in their life and delt with the living conditions they have. Then to have some one come in and send you on a vacation and bring you home to a completely new world but in the same place where the old one use to be. But all the problems are gone forever. Those are the things that dreams are made of.
I don't even think they are even thinking about the cameras at that time. They are side tracked by all the people and the love and caring people that are there to share this Miracle in their life.
God Bless
