I actually just put the banner on my blog, it worked for my friend when she signed up so I hope it works for you too. It's in the side panel..... http://surveydirectory.blogspot.com

Sorry about that, I think when I entered my desired address I put surveydirectoy instead of surveydirectory. But I changed it, so it should work okay now. The link I posted before is the correct one now.
