Getting my money back

Just recently I have bought a referral package of 35 from spainbux which cost me $22. NOw, these past few days they are on maintenance. It trouble me, what could have gone wrong? could I get my referrals?I wonder if this one of the omen taht the ptc is going to close out. This is nerve wrecking because I really work for that money just to be gone easily that way. Now I want to file a complaint on PayPal but I haven't got the experience on filing one. Anyone here who ahs an experience. What are the steps to follow?Thanks in advance!

There is usually a link on the paypal reciept for requesting your money back, just go on there and find it. They are easy to deal with but it takes about a month to get your money back. Have you contacted the company to see if you can get the referrels any way.

I can't contact them and their site is suspended, that's why I'm so nervous that I wouldn't get my referrals. It's so sad that I have trusted them with the money to bought referrals then they will just close the site out.
Do you know how irritating this situation to me?

Sorry to hear that. You should go back to the Paypal site and file a complaint on the company with Paypal. If the company doesn't respond to Paypal (it may be tough for Payapl to reach them since the site is suspended, as you mentioned) and Paypal may have no choice than to refund your money.
Why pay for referrals when you can advetise for referrals on some traffic sites for free?
