what u do when.....

I have been in the same situation before and i could not remember who this lady was but i had talked to her before.I would just walk up to her and say hello and how are you doing...Just tell her that you are not so good at remembering names and ask her for her name again,it might be that you have just spoken to her before or maybe she is just being friendly..Most people are very willing to talk to you and they will not think anything about you forgetting.I have had people ask me what my name was,and i told them and than they would say i reminded them of someone and we just started talking..Just go up and stsrt talking and ask her about her family..It seems like she likes you and really wants to be friends..Who knows she might end up being your best friend,you never know..I think thata people come into out life for a reason....Just open up and talk to her....

i've experience the same thing, i'm walking down the streets and then someone smiles at me but i cannot remember who she is so i just smiled back. maybe the lady you meet everyday was your classmate or someone you met way back, i suggest you look at old photographs or yearbooks maybe you will be able to recall who she is. goodluck!

oh i'm like that sometimes aissha. i have a terrible memory and i easily forget names especially if i don't see the person often or even if do, but not call that person by his/her name when we meet, i won't still remember that person's name too. ^__^;; its really embarrassing but even if i do my best to remember them all, i still forget names once in a while. LOL i think sometimes what we should do is just be honest and ask politely about the name. if we can't do that, then we might as well try very hard to remember all the names and eat more chocolates to improve our memory. ^__^;;
