Downloading Youtube

Guys, I've been recently download YouTube clips through vixy.net
I have a little problem here. I tried to download a 8 minutes clips. I succeed but the .mov file don't play any sound. I tried for more than 10 times and the results stayed the same.
Did anyone ever have the same problem ?
Can anyone help me ?
