I'm still glued to one right now, it's an autobiography of Dave Pelzer a child abuse survivor and I'm on the last of his book trilogy, "A Man Named Dave."
Also other interesting, tear-jerking and touching books I've read in the past were:
- Sometimes God Has A KId's Face, a book portraying the lives of street kids in America (documentary)
- They Caged the Animals At NIght - another street kid's story (fiction)
- Murphy's Boy - the psychological case of the boy who couldn't/wouldn't speak because of some early traumatic experiences
