Is anyone having trouble posting?

I keep responding to post but it doesnt post, cant figure out why. Can someone help?

Emoticons or smileys - An Emoticon (or Smiley) is a sequence of ordinary characters you can find on your computer keyboard. maybe a forum bug? I heard somebody else comlain about the same thing.
