More Snow!!!!!!

I am soooooooo sick of snow!!!
We had a storm on Friday and another Yesterday and into the night....The picture I have attached is from Friday...the car was actually worse than this this morning before my Husband went to work but I could not find the camera at 2AM but these are the storms we are getting and I am so sick of them!! My husband actually cleaned the car off three or four during the days of when we have had the storms and the car still looks like this!!! Imagine if he left it to all clean off at once!!!
So, If you have Winter where you live...How has yours been? We have more than our share of snow here and I'll give some away to anyone who wants it! ;)

We really got dumped on ourselves. My picture shows how bad it is, and it's only going to get worse.

It's crazy. The plows had been going for well over 24 hours when it finally stopped.
One city near us shut down completely, they yanked the plows and tow trucks off the roads, closed everything down, and told everyone to stay home.
It's gotten that bad. The mayor is ready to call in the army, and that hasn't happened in many years.

Ours is going to get worse here also!!
Supposed to get another big storm either tomorrow or the nest day...We had bad weather the last two days and Prior to that a fifteen hour snow fall on Friday and a couple others prior to that...all these storms and snow inthe span of the last two weeks or so!!

I just realized how close I live to you!
I had not heard that the Mayor in your city was thinking of calling in the army and I didn't realize that the city had shut down (What day was that?)..Shows how observant I am! LOL But yes, We have gotten way too much snow all at once! All of these storms are ridiculous and there's supposed to be another bad one this Tuesday!!! :(

Oh I wish we could trade places. I absolutely love the snow. The bigger the storm....the better! I got all syked cuz we were to get 8 to 10 inches but we ended up getting barely anything at all. I was so disappointed. I love the excitement of it all. It is the ice that I really hate and worry about. We have only had one good storm in years that is really memorable here and even at that we didn't really get snowed in but we pretended we were.

So, where is it that you are?
I too would rather have snow than ice but I don't like the slush either and the snow is so much here now that you can hardly walk anywhere!
We have had a huge storm every two to three days here for the last two to three weeks now and it is so frustrating because you can't plan anything!
I wish that I could send you the big storm that we are supposed to be getting on Tuesday...Then we would both be happy! ;)

The older I get, the less I enjoy the snow. We have been getting slammed with snow, rain, sleet, high winds and cold weather. Yea, this is winter, but I am tired of it. I once thought I would never move from the Northeast of the USA, but as each year passes I find myself checking out other areas that are warmer. ~sigh~

I feel the same as you Elusive Butterfly....I live in Ontario, Canada and they get much nicer Winters in British Columbia but I won't be moving there!

You are funny. I live in southeastern Michigan but we do not get the snow as they do in Northern Micigan..as i used to live there for three years..and it averaged 50 inches a month snow in the winter and it did not thaw or melt until spring..ahh the good old days..but we don'thave that much snow 400 miles south of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. USA..but sometimes we get a blizzard ..like in 1978..snowed in for three days..no electric power..only snow mobiles as we lived on a dirt road in Maybee, MI..
but you have cabin fever..lol..it happens..we wish thee well..from the snowbirds

I have grown up here in the province of Ontario in Canada but it seems as I get older I grow to like our winters less and less!
It is difficult when you are getting a huge storm every three or four days to plan anything!!!

well send some my way lol here in Texas its been a hot winter (well still cold but hot for a winter) its stayed mostly in the 50s and 60s and will be like 70 wensday. wish i had some snow to look at :(

We just got done with our snow storms, for now, but we hit a cold snap. I'm not sure which one I'd rather have. Snowing, cloudy, and above 10 degrees, or freezing, sunny, and close to 0 degrees. It is nice to finally have the sun back.

Oh, we did have snowing in Chicago badly. I am so tired with cold and snow this winter. Cols weather on the way, but I have already too much. More snow on Monday...cold tomorrow...I want my Spring back...

We have been very luck this year. No real snow that accumulated. And Im fine with that. I know we will get socked with alot of snow it never fails.LOL I dont blame you for being sick of snow. Just remember spring is right around the corner.LOL

I miss this type of snowfall here in Minnesota. We did get 18 inches in December but since then we've gotten just a few more inches. I keep waiting for that one huge snowstorm to come here. Here's a shot of me using the snowblower early December.

Well you can have some of ours here!! We have had about three huge storms in the last two weeks or so and it is getting really annoying!!!!
One day it snowed for about fourteen hours straight!
Yesterday it started around one in the afternoon and was still snowing some this morning but the sun is out now which is great because we haven't seen that for two days now!!

Thanks for this wonderful reminder of all of the snow 'we've had.' I don't have to go very far to see this 'for myself.';) When it's fresh and clean, and the sun's shining, it does look beautiful, but getting around in it is quite another thing.:( This year, it's been 'nearly impossible' for me to do so. Hang in there, as spring will arrive (eventually). Take care.

All of this snow has been unreal this year, heavenschild. I'm quite frustrated, to say the least, that there's another huge storm coming our way on Saturday. Apparently, there's going to be another one on Tuesday too, so I was told.:(

I haven't seen snow here in North Carolina. The one day it did snow, we were in Florida at the time! My duaghter was sorely disappointed. I can just imagine that you are very sick of the snow hahaha! I know living in it can be a pain in the butt!

Yes, I have lived in Ontario, Canada all of my life but this winter is especially getting to me!!!!

I am in Ohio and we have had unseasonable warm weather. Unfortunately that brings severe weather like tornado's. So if I had a choice, I would probably take the snow that we usually would have at this time of year..

Tornadoes are dangerous and I am glad that it has been many years since one came through here...I think my Dad was a teenager when that happened last!

lol. What I can say. I live in Poland, a place where snow should be a norm this time a year. And I had nothing until now;_; I am rally sad about it, this winter is going to end soon and I have not even once was able do make a snowman:/ So I am envious of the amount of snow you have, even if it's troublesome fr you :P

I should also be used to the snow as I have lived here all of my and had winters but it is rediculous to have these huge storms every two or three days and when it snow it is anywhere between ten and fifteen hours straight!!!! Way too much snow...I wish I could send some your way :)

i'm so sick of snow. I'm in canada if there is no snow there it seems be impossible.
