Word of warning!

One friend of mine got his blogger account suspended for suspected as a spam site because of his high traffic and he has more than 2 thousand subscribers on his blog feed.

Hello Kowgirl! THank you for the warning about blogger. I actually use eblogger, but now you got me thinking! I never really thought about the blog being accidently deleted. Do you know any good webites that backs up blogs? I have over 10 pages on my blog and it would be nice to have a back up, right? Well take care and thank you for the information. Pablo

Thanks for the warning Kowgirl. I didn't get a chance to respond to you yesterday, but I did read this discussion and I backed up all of my blogs. That's a lot of hard work lost if I loose them.

I have been backing my blog (in my mylot profile) with the free BlogBackupOnline; Also using Feedburner, I also subscribe to my e-mail as a secondary measure...

OH wow this is the first I am hearing of this. I use blogspot and love it, actually just started blogging again. Thanks for the heads up friend. Keep us posted, I will post too if I notice anything else. Thanks again!

This is the first time I heard about this. I have been using Blogspot for some time now and I have not really experienced this yet. Thanks for the information. I think I will have to check if my entries are still intact.

I used to copy and past the template as I changed it in the old Blogger and that saved my blog entries. When they changed the layout option, and it saves it automatically and you don't have to deal with the template anymore, that is when I stopped saving on my own. Now, that you mention this, I should have been more thoughtful... I have not had any problems with Blogger or loosing anything, but.... what I do want is a copy of all my posts - if they are lost, I can retype them or C&P thme. however, I have not been copying them to notepad or anywhere. Now with this mention of your loss, is there a way to get a copy of each blog entry, other than literally just going to each entry and C&P it? Looking for the easy, less time consuming way to get a hard copy of all my blogs, shame on me for not keeping up with this. Better late than sorry tho and I'll just devote a full day to nothing but this...as soon as I find out the best way to do it. i was also wondering how you all keep track of affiliats and other links that you include in your blog entries -you know if you have an article on AC and you want to do an HTML to that article based on a related word in your blog post - how do you keep track of all you have available to "network" with? thanks for any suggestions on either concern!

well i got all 3 blogs from bloggers got deleted already. I have no idea what i've violated cause they dont explain it

sorry to hear that, but I have not encountered that yet...I have 4 blogs there and luckily I still have them all. Hope you can claim your blogs back.
