Do you get anger oftenly and is your anger uncontrollable to you... also how you control yourself when you get anger...?

i must admit i get angry at once. each time i say my opinion or let my feelings out...my anger will just fade away... just don't bother me again. i'm not the violent type. i don't throw things, etc.
