I used Paypal when I sold on ebay and I know that they take out a percentage in fees but I'm not exactly sure how much.

Hmmm. I have been with PayPal for years and have not had this happen. When I added my bank account they did send two transactions equaling about $.70 to my account as credits. Was this a deduction on the PayPal site or somewhere else? PayPal may have charged a fee if you opened a Premier account. If you hit at least $10 by Oct 31st you will be seeing a payment from MyLot on or before Nov 15th.

I believe they take 2.3% of money received from USD amounts. Foreign currecies are higher.

I have had money paid into my account from other people and also spent money from my account at various websites, but I have never been charged for doing so. I have also used my credit card via Paypal and had money withdrawn to my bank account which has involved an exchange rate because my account is in US Dollars and my country's currency is Pounds Sterling, but of course this would apply whatever method of exchange I used. The only charge that I have known is £1 when I registered my credit card with them, which was not a problem because I was advised of this at the time of registration. If you are being charged for standard transactions then you may be using a Merchant or Premier account rather than a Personal account.
