When you ask a friend to set you up with someone so you all can hang out sometime. But if there is a possibility that you and this person will become more and just friends.
What are some of the things that you would look for in this person? Weather it's their look or something in their personality.
I ask because everyone is different I just want to see how many people are similar in what they look for in their partners.

Firstly i think there has to be an initial attraction there if you are planning on dating the person. Then you need to be able to have a conversation and get along. I also look for someone with a sense of humour and either similar intrestes to me or a willingness to learn about new intrestes etc.
I think you just know when something is right and i tend to go with my gut feelings on things like that.

I would look for smile, sence of humor. That's the first thing - that would catch my attenition. Next is honesty. I need to know that I can trust person. I like that person gives attention to me - like when I tell story, he is not looking around and thinking other things.

I have to be able to carry on a conversation with them. They have to have a sense of humor. They have to listen when I talk. They have to be witty and intelligent. They also have to have at least one striking physical feature. With my current sweetie it is his jaw line. He has such a strong jaw and call me crazy but it really turns me on. LOL
