Spirituality

Yes it is important. In fact, only recently have health plans included any mention of taking care of your "spiritual health" as well. This means that even the medical profession recognizes that human beings not only have a physical dimension, but a spiritual dimension as well. So we need to take care of our spiritual well being. Like our bodies, our spirit or soul was also "born". Also, like our bodies, our souls need nourishment, rest, and occassional healing. Then once our physical bodies die, our soul continues to live on, but no longer in this physical world, but in a spiritual world. For Christians, this is called Heaven. If there was no spiritual afterlife, then our existence in this physical world has no meaning. That's why philosophers, such as Jacques Mauritain, was prepared to take his own life if he did not discover a "purpose" for existence in this life. Luckily, he did. Each of us therefore does have a purpose in this life, and it will prepare our souls for the next life. So you must also search for that purpose, which will not only give meaning to your life, but will also prepare your soul for the next. This is true for everyone, regardless of what religion or church one belongs to.

Yes I believe there is something but I don't think it has anything to do with the religions and such that we have around, I think what we have to look forward to is something that is so differnt and unexplainable that we just have to wait til it is our time to see. I think it is something we would not be able to understan at this point and also maybe we are not meant to know until we get there, we are meant to live this life as best we can first.

I really believe there is a higher power looking after us. What a wonderful thought when we are facing bad times to know there is someone, I say, Jesus, but whomever you call him/her, to just know there there when we're facing hard times. I've had many hard times in my life and the feeling that someone is there for me taking care of me is such a wonderful feeling that let's me get through things easier. I think we have to strive to make a daily routine to enter the presence of the spiritual being, I believe in prayer, as how can we have this comforting experience unless we build the basis for this friendship.

I think is very important, mainly when you have a good guider God. i always think that when we die, we pass to another way of life, i believe in God, and i take care of the things I do in this life, also the action i send to others
