Have you tried a different memory stick? Sometimes faulty memory sticks can cause odd things to happen to cameras, especially if they're used a lot and have a lot of wear and tear.

Well...I think you might want to wait A few minutes to see if the hour glass stops turning,and then if it does not...Then it could be something else wrong with you're phone... Like you're memory,the data,some of the wires it is used to generate A picture,and other things...And then you might want to let the person that owns,and manages the phone,then let them take A look at it,and let them see if they can find the problem,and fix it.

Well...Uhmm you might want to try waiting for the hour glass to stop,and wait for it to load you're picture...Or it could be something else wrong with you're computer like memory card,Daty,wires,or something else...But I would wait A few minutes for you're hour glass to stop,and see if it does.
