What is the best cure when you're sick?

Well, I drink a lots of water. I take enough rest, eat fruits even though I don't taste them. I take also medicine.

I think you're referring to the common cold, right? I think your approach is a good one. Water helps a host of problems, fruits provide vitamin C. As far as medicine, you might try homeopathic remedies like Zycam, which are not as likely to cause secondary effects. But don't underestimate the value of calling a doctor or visiting a clinic if your illness persists for more than 3 days. A lot of cities and towns have urgent care centers that will see you a lot faster than an emergency room can for conditions such as the flu, stomach and intestinal ailments, sprains, urinary track infections, rashes, insect bites and simple fractures. Be sure to call 911 if you or a companion has chest pain, can't count or smile (signs of a stroke), is bleeding heavily, has a fracture that punctures the skin or any kind of head injury.
