Northwest Florida's beaches are still partly undiscovered

Here in northwest Florida, we have many forests, many state parks, and many undiscovered beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. Nature is all over and this is a great region for camping, fishing, boating, hiking, and discovering rare plant species. If you have not visited our white Gulf sand dunes, you should. They are beautiful. You can even camp on the beaches in some places. There are well maintained state parks on the coast, with nature trails, camp facilities, and other activities to make the outdoor experience worthwhile. I grew up in the Pensacola beach area, and now live in Tallahassee, which is about an hour from the sea. Want to know more about our beaches, let me know. You can find my blog in my profile as well.
