How can we borrow money for buying a house?
Lenders are making you pay the highest possible rate because of your credit history.
Do you need to have credit cards and long history in your credit reports in order to buy a new house?

I think if you can successful applicate a home loan is depended on your incomes, a history of your employment and your credit worthiness.
You needn't have a credit card.
The informations the lender need are a summary of your financial position, a history of your employment, your credit wortiness, the loan purposes(like purchase owner occupied house or purchase investment house or just vacant land), your income documentation to support the ability that you have the capacity to repay the home loan and meet other commitments.
