We hurting for the pain..... but sometimes we didnt know how to forget the past that causing of the pain.

Hi there martgin! Yeah, there are some experiences that are unavoidable that gives us pain. I think that it is important that we feel pain once in a while so we won't forget how to value people and things around us. I think that what we should do when that happens is that charge it to experience, learn from it and learn to value everything around us and learn how to take risks again.

Yes that true!, but the pain we forget depend on deep or caused of ...... what kind of matter or subject that the caused of pain experiences. Any experiences bad or good we having learned from excution or looping of our lives.....

sometimes it is so hard to let go of the things that hurts us even though there is always a chance for us to do so. the truth is, we can always forget and can move on... the problem lies with us. we tend to hold it back... you know sometimes, it is because we are more afraid to lose the only feeling that is left that connects us with the person that is causing the pain.
when even the pain is gone, how exactly can we relate to the person who once was part of our lives?

Hello, thank you for the time to response it....
We need to move on and fight for the good future dont holdback for the past we take it the medicine tablet.... i mean more friends spent time to forget the past and go to the church to hear the word of our LOrd Papa"JESUS" the other day you feel great to move on.... you try always

you should never forget only let go. if its pain due to loss of a loved one(s) then think of that person doing/saying something funny or pain due to doing something really dumb then remember that so it dont happen again.
if you dont let go of the pain it will drag you down to a very ugly place, trust me i've been there & never want to go back..
