cats or dogs...???/

I like both cats and dogs. My husband preferred dogs. But we both travel a bit, both for work and vacations. If you have dogs, you always have to find someone to take care of them, but cats.... they sort of take care of themselves. So thats why we have cats now instead of dogs.

Dear Schummi I love dogs also,BUT I also love my cats.I guess i can't say what i prefer because they are so different.Cats also give unconditional love like dogs do.I find cats easier to take care of,don't have to let them out for the bathroom in the freezing cold,rain,hot heat.If you don't like to walk well don't have to walk a cat.i do like to walk so no problem there.I don't mind picking the poop up,but in winter when it is frozen it is harder for me.So sping i have alot of that to pick up,where a cat clean the poop out of the littet box once a day,i change the whole thing every 3rd day.I have 3 littler boxes for 3 cats. So hope i helped some.I have to say i love them both equally.They are all my babies. Brenda

WHy can't you have both?? We have 6 dogs and five cats... Not that hard! LOL

I can't stand dogs, except for puppies which I don't mind. I have two cats at home, and I love them to bits. I think they make brilliant pets because they're not too needy, unlike dogs which need attention all the time.
