...Sometimes, it is also the best disguise."
I received this quote from one of my friends the other day. It made me realize a few things. Like, how some people try to mask their deepest and most painful emotions by laughing it all away. We try to hide behind it to make people believe that we're alright when we're not.
I want to know what you guys think of this quote.

You have really got me thinking with this quote. My natural instinct is to say, "nah". Laughing is good for you. It allows you to put things into perspective and to stop you from taking things too seriously. (And we all know where taking yourself too seriously leads!) But I do know people who do disguise their true feelings by laughing them off, only to stew about them later on. Does laughing it off help you deal with the issue, or does it allow you to mask the issue? I guess it comes down to your personality and thought processes.
