Flat or own house.

People in urban areas are preferring to live in Flats rather to built own house.
According to you which one is better:
a) Living in a Flat
or
b) Building own house.

If I have enough money then I would choose a bunglow type house than a flat. A flat in kolkata is too small and looks horrible even considering that their exteriors are beautiful.
