well ok i must admit there is no easy way to becom a memeber unless you work hard and earn your money. If you want to earn money online then just sign up for bux.to.
Just be patient and try get refferals.
All you do is click on loke 12 adds a day and earn 12cents. Be patient and do it every day and youll get there.

I use bux.to, but I had no idea that they dont pay through
paypal anymore! that makes me mad! I am almost to the minimum payout and now this! Oh this is such a setback.

hard to make money here. Well, more like time consuming

Bux.to only pays to AlertPay at this time... RuneScape doesn't take the payment method AlertPay. I used to do this until Bux.to took off the PayPal payment method. ): So you can either suggest the payment method AlertPay, to RuneScape, or you can just wait because Bux.to says they will be coming out with other method of payments soon.
