Affiliate junktion's affiliate

I just encountered this site from adsense and I wonder if this site site is really paying or not. It looks too good to be true, they asy that they will be paying $3.50 if someone that comes from your site signed up for their program. Are there any affiliates around here?

I also think whether this site is actually true or not? I am getting regularly E-mail from this site also.A number of sites are making high promises nowadays.So to whom believe?Please also let me know if you find any good paying site.
