I am not sure that's a very good idea. Birds have a tendancy to pick at things, and also they need to be able to preen thier feathers and all that, so I think it would not be a healthy thing for them.

Making cloths for birds is a very original idea. I think that would be an excellent idea. If there are people in the world who are fine and happy with dressing up pets such as dogs, then I am sure their are millions of people in the world who have a bird and wish to dress them up.

Oh this discussion is too cute. Nope, my cat would not like for me to dress her up in anything. One Christmas we tried putting some little reindeer antlers on her. hee hee. Lasted all of about 30 seconds, lol. Not sure if it is good to do that to birds. They might peck and go a little nuts trying to get off. That is kinda cruel. But good for you if you have a dog that likes to be dressup or something like that. Have fun!

My bird is harness trained and i would only dress her up for special occations not all the time like just long enough to take a picture. besides it would be to confining all the time and i know this. And she picks at my clothes when she sits on my shoulder so i know she would pick at it if it was on her
