What energy needed?

Hi, I just watched the new 'eppisode' of Next Uri Geller in the netherlands. And I want to know what 'energy' he means what you have to 'transfer' to the table/spoon or whatever(You know what I'm talking about when you saw it :D) Because my sister succeeded to bow the spoon, but I still need to know how those energy feels, so I know when I have the 'right' one! Someone HELP! :D I want to bow a spoon : ) xD
