Yes, watching the slding clous in the sky, finding little flowers in the trees, I really do not feel very good if I sleep at daytime. It is better to get closer to nature or read a good book, listen a romantic music, in a word, open our eyes big to find beauties from our daily life.

For me, it depends. I love variety, I hate routine. If my weekdays hadn't been busy with social activities or whatnot, then for me, sleeping in on a weekend (when the social activities should be at their alltime high) would leave me guilty. Or, if I had plans and I sleep in on them (therefore cancelling or postponing my plans), then of course I feel guilty. However, some times you just need a day or two to be lazy and lounge around the house all day.

I don't feel guilty if I sleep in on the weekend. I enjoy the extra time to catch up on my sleep. Sometimes I may have wished I got up a little earlier, but I don't feel guilty about it. I know that I just needed my sleep and whatever I needed to do then, I can do now.

Sleep in? People get to do that? Oh wait, thats right, the last time I slept in was back when I was in high school! Five kids, do not sleep in, ever on the weekends. Sure they try to sleep in on the school days, but I drag em out of bed anyways. Something about Sundays make them all jump out of bed when the sun comes up, which means so does mommy. LOLOL
IF I had the opportunity to sleep in on the weekends (or if I had a day off) I would certainly NOT feel guilty for sleeping in. :O)
