the drawback of the season2

I have seen the heros season 2 ,and this season is so despaired to me. It is ,I think, failed to the viewer, probably because of the influence of the strike. There are eight Isaac Mendez painting, but the season only explained three of them. Only three pictures can not make the story consistency, the detail of the new power are also not useful for the story. For example, the power of Monica did not play a role in the episodes. what do you think about the season 2 ?
