Looking but not seeing...

Looking but not seeing, we often look at things but merely see it. Sometimes we even don't realize how important some people or things are. So sad that we end up regreting on things that we actually have and lost it in the long run. Sometimes the right person is infront of us and we barely see how important he or she is. Until oneday someone took her/him away from us. Then we realize how dumb we are for only looking and not seeing it... Did it ever happen to you?

on a similar note, I sometimes find myself talking to someone and listening but not hearing what they're saying as I become distracted by things around me, or my own thoughts.. then I have to respond something sensible.... ;)
