What do you like about mylot, what don't you like?

I'm still new but I'd like to share opinions with you.
What I like about mylot: I like that I can talk and post as much as I want about any topic I like, so I can especially write about my interestas and hobbies and leave things I have no clue about. With that I can also make money.
What I don't like: I don't like the layout of the website pretty much, I'm in with graphicdesign and this is not what I like. I'm more a web 2.0 fan. Of course the site is easy to work with but I think it could be better. Also I don't like that it's so slow.

I like the interaction and some good topics. Also where you can gain some friends and referrals.
I don't like the "no response" of admin and deleting without warning.
